What's a Tan Slot?
It's a mobile spray tan slot I open up around UCLA: sorority houses, the Hill, off-campus apartments, wherever. Book it, tell me where you are, and I come to you, solo or with your group.
How you'll hear from me
I'll text you to confirm payment (Venmo, Zelle, or cash) before the day of. If you gave an email at checkout, you'll get a confirmation there too, but the text is what matters.
Before you tan
Exfoliate the night before or morning of. That's the biggest thing for an even tan. If you shave, do it the day before or earlier, not right before. Skip lotion, oil, and deodorant the day of. Wear something loose and dark to your appointment.
Day of
I'll tell you your rinse time based on the solution used for your appointment. Stick to it. Until you rinse, try to stay dry and avoid sweating.
After you rinse
Moisturize daily to help it fade evenly, and skip long hot showers for the first day or two. Sunscreen's a good habit generally, tan or not.
Sensitive skin
Mention it in your booking notes and I can do a patch test first. If you're dealing with a rash, reaction, or anything that seems like a skin condition, that's a "see a dermatologist" thing, not a spray-tan thing. I'll follow up directly rather than guessing over text.
