What I collect
When you book a Tan Slot, I collect the organizer's name, phone number, and optional email, plus the name and phone number of anyone else in the group. I also collect the address or location where you'd like to be tanned, and any notes you add. Payment is handled by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
How I use it
To hold your appointment, charge you for it, come to the right place, and reach out if anything about your booking changes. That's it. I don't use your information for anything beyond running Tanline.
Your location stays private
The address you give me is for me alone, so I know where to show up. It's never shown on the website, to other customers, or to anyone in your group who didn't enter it themselves.
Texts and email
If you give a phone number, I'll text you a reminder the day before your appointment. If you give an email, you'll get a confirmation there too. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. I only text about your own bookings, never anything else.
Who I share it with
Only the services that make Tanline work: Stripe (payment), Twilio (text reminders), Resend (confirmation emails), and Google Sheets (where I keep my own booking records). I don't sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
